http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/sport/football/98800027/ But the Archbishop of Lima still has faith... In Peru that is, not 'the obvious other'.
Thank you Mark. The person from Sky sent to cover the match for Soccer Saturday didn't see it either, and that's where my uncertainty over the incident has come from, and that video doesn't help.
Peru will win the second leg unless they fail to score in the first 60 minutes and the crowd gets uppity. My prediction is Peru 2-0 NZ. If Chris Wood can bully the Peruvian defence then the result could be different but I'm not hopeful.
Leicester fans will be hoping this doesn't affect them ! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leicestershire-41966741
No argument whatsoever from the defender concerned. Obviously knew what he'd done and been caught. Interesting call from the assistant referee and I assume he had his flag up and he stayed still all that time - was the "buzzer" not working?
Don't think Tevor Sinclair will be on MOTD anytime soon.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-4196868 Also seemed to pretty much accuse the police of being racist! Not sure that will go down well at the BBC!
Sad to see Mark. A World cup without the Netherlands and Italy. Now that all the oldies have gone, Del Piero, Pirlo etc. there is no new generation coming through. It doesn't help that Conte left thinking that somehow the Chelsea job was a bigger one than the Italian national team and they replaced him with a buffoon who has no more credentials than Mazzari would have had.
What's your opinion on this? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41982409 I imagine there is footage available of the Honduras matches for the Australian analysts to use.
Mind games - probably felt he had to say something after his FA's decision to play the first leg on a cow paddock didn't quite have the desired effect...
https://wwos.nine.com.au/2017/11/15...onduras-live-scores-world-cup-qualifier-leg-2 I really don't think he can complain...
Chris Coleman off to Sunderland.. Said he wanted to test himself in the Champions league ! Got mixed up with League One ?
And Portsmouth? It might be a first 'double' though, if both Sunderland and Hull drop down together...
