So as those world class super stars do Messi produces a performance to save his country when they needed it most.

Chile out and the USA too - wonder what Mr Trump will think of that?

Our very own André Carrillo will have a play-off to contend with against New Zealand.

Australia to face Honduras in a play-off too in November. Amazingly, their coach, Ange Postecoglou, has apparently announced that he is leaving the post in November, whether or not they qualify for Russia. Given their recent performances, I suspect he doesn't want to be part of possible embarrassment against the 'big guns'.

This "goal" for Panama shook the group up and contributed to knocking out the USA.
It made it 1-1 at the time and Panama went on to win 2-1. It's the first time they have qualified and their President gave them a National holiday today!

Panama's win combined with Honduras´s win against Mexico knocked the USA out, with a helping header from Guillermo Ochoa to draw Honduras level before they went on to win 3-2 to seal the play-off spot.

Mind you USA couldn't win against bottom of the group T&T so they went out all of their own making really! And that game had a very tasty OG and two great finishes:

I just thought you might enjoy the ghost goal and own goal and piledriver clips!! :)

Man City wobbling as well. Stoke have a shot and Man City possession tumbling to only 83%. Can they hang on :emoticon-0107-sweat

A minute away from half time and they're only 3-0 up - shocking. Heads will roll...

It certainly must be - Aberdeen have just gone above Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premier League.

The world is going loco. I've changed my prediction. Watford 4 Arsenal 1. Its that sort of day. Anything can happen. :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl:

Well they got a draw today - what more do they want? It's not as if they're one of the top four who actually do deserve to win every game... <whistle>

I wrote that when they were 1 down but yes Everton got a draw which is better than nothing.

They have spent a lot though so might expect better but then it was al on the same sort of player !

After losing at Palace on Saturday, if Chelsea were to lose at home to Roma on Wednesday, then fail to beat us, how long will it be until Ambramovich gets an itchy trigger finger?

Leicester pull it back to get a point 1-1. Not too badder result for us. 10 points clear of drop zone after 8. Should be safe by Xmas :emoticon-0105-wink:

The way I like to look at it is that Leicester and West Brom have both lost 2 points that they can never get back. :emoticon-0100-smile

I watched the first half before giving up - 45 minutes that I'll never get back.

    It was dire.
