You and Wales have been the really new boys on the block so to speak I remember England beat Iceland 6-1 about 10 years ago because Helguson scored but I'd be worry facing you now!
A good news story to lighten your Sunday morning. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jul/11/hereford-fc-rose-from-ashes It does raise the question how some people get past the supposed checks on their ability to own a football club.
I need 1 manager from each prem team to take part in my FANTASY PREMIER LGE. Check my thread on `THE PREMIERSHIP LGE` for availability.
This is just what he wanted. Seems he doesn't get along with BR. Silly money I think for someone still to prove himself. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/33497488
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33577956 Personally, however technically correct the referee was, I think this has been poorly handled by all concerned. Disappointing at best, utterly unacceptable in reality. I would have taken the teams off if only for a short while, and told the club officials in no uncertain terms to sort it out.
If the FA banned a player for that I suspect UEFA and FIFA would have something to say. Tje fawnimg to Russia is ludicrous
Going to be great in the World Cup. Just what football needs - more negative press! Can see the headlines now and its 3 years away..
Group I is the interesting one. The other groups may throw up a surprise but who would really care to predict this lot?
A very interesting discussion about Watford on a Norwich board. Not too sure why it is pink rather than yellow, but maybe Dave can enlighten us. It seems as if some have got the idea of what the Pozzos are doing, while others are not so sure. http://services.pinkun.com/forums/pinkun/cs/forums/4/3270048/ShowPost.aspx#3270048
The "Pink 'un" is a Norwich based newspaper, most of us never even look at their forum, they talk the biggest load of rubbish imaginable, don't think we all feel the same way as they do!
I am a bit tired of the comments about us buying too many players. I seem to recall that when Abramovic bought Chelsea in 2003 they bought a sideload of players. They finished second that year to Arsenal's "invincibles" and got to the CL semi finals. Not bad for a side that had become so unsettled eh? People also miss the fact our goalkeeper, one central defender, one central midfielder and at least one centre forward will almost certainly be the same as least season so the spine is not likely to change much.
