not meaning to be an arse about this but every major club in Europe have their own forums on here (and a lot of minor ones as well), why have a sticky thread here, when you could mingle on their forums, and maybe get them moving a bit if they are dead, instead of just having a clique here. seems daft.
I do, I've been over norwich's the last few days, it doesn't mean we can't discuss amongst ourselves as well as mixing on the other forums. imo it's better than clogging up our main forum with threads that aren't related to Sunderland, especially when there are so many Sunderland related threads going up at a busy time.
still think its pointless. especially when we get this anyway lol http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/219750-Fery-good-signing
Because somebody asked for it, so we said we'd try it. The forum doesn't belong to the mods, if someone has a reasonable request we do it, some people don't want to go on other teams boards, and that is their own free choice.
dont get that reply, we have members saying we have too many pinned topics and they go onto other pages (i know he doesnt post on here but he was basically told tough) then we have yet another pinned topic which imho is a pointless topic as we are still getting topics in the main forum about football related matters not concerning us anyway (which should go in here, or the mods should merge into here if this is to be a serious pinned topic). We either have this ONLY or have the other way ONLY we cant really have both ways so the mods will have to keep on top of it which = more work for the mods, or the mods dont keep on top of it like now so its a pointless excercise. I am also not sure why you have to "give it a go" just say NO **** off pretty sure the person who requested it would understand.
Why would we tell a forum member to **** off for a reasonable request? We said we'd run it for a while and we will, if we find people aren't using it, and there are still many off SAFC threads, we will remove it. That simple, and I quite frankly don't get your issue here. We had ONE member complain about pinned topics, yet at the time the pinned topics were the most active threads.
because its just a pointless excersise. There are 7 threads on just the main page of the sunderland forum which could and should be merged into this one I have already linked to one previously but the mods havnt merged them so we get this crap thread and other threads besides. I just find it pointless to the extreme of being pointless im afraid but each to their own. Forum is going down the ****ter for me though.
There's only 3 pinned topics on here including this. Some topics are clearly going to attract more responses so can command it's own thread. others won't and is perfect for this thread. Don't see why it offends you. Also you get constant double threads about SAFC related matters so so what if some go on the main board instead of here. But tell you what, busy time in football atm, but if you want to sack it off Steve, that's fine with me. Just watch the amount threads I create next week as football matters hit the press. What with it being a public forum, I would like to discuss football matters with my own fans. Good luck sifting through to find sunderland interest. Sack it of if you want Paolo's Pecs. I understand. Not a problem
If you don't like a thread, don't use it, there are many threads I don't comment on, as they either have no interest, or I have nothing to say on them. As for forum going down the ****ter, well this board now has it's highest ever number of active members, so if that's a forum going down the ****ter, then I misunderstood the point of a forum.
'Pointless' to you but completely harmless. How on earth a sticky thread at the top of the page is linked in any way to the forum going down the ****ter is bizarre. Some people just love a good moan.
Mountain out of a mole-hill springs to mind. Simple answer: don't like the thread, don't read or comment on it.
Women football, one group contains Sweden, Italy, Denmark and Finland, bet there's some reet hotties playing. Although there would have to be, to make womens football watchable.

If Lukaku doesn't want to leave on loan and Chelsea are in the market for a striker he could be off next season after staying at Chelsea and.nly getting regular footy.. they'd be fools to lose him
Agreed, cracking talent. I think Jose will play him. Read reports that he wanted Drogs back, doubt he'd do that with a beast like Lukaku in his squad. Doubt he'll be first on the team sheet but I think he'll get a good bit of game time. I think it's more likely bye bye Ba.
