It's fairly straight forward, he hasn't really shown much IMHO since he arrived. So why should he be guaranteed a starting place having proved nothing? Like Proschwitz has done, he's earnt his place on the bench. Sagbo should be made to earn his place in the team by showing he can do it in the reserves. Not 'Just go through the motions, as you're guaranteed a starting place' type approach. I think the team has played well without him, so that is how it should continue.
