So the Lions, Packers and Vikings all on 5 wins now. Be peak Vikings to come last in the division after having the start they’ve had
Would have been nice to beat the Lions just because of the constant nauseating praise they get. But overall an entertaining game.
Nah, second quarter cost us. Other 3 quarters we were either better or equal to them. That 21 point swing cost us the game.
Well yeah definitely that second quarter cost us a lot, but not going three and out would have given us a great opportunity to win the game despite that.
Won my fantasy match up this week, moving to 5-2 after losing two in a row Shows what you know NFL!!!!
I see the Vikings - Colts game on 3rd November has been flexed to Sunday night Prime Time. Fortunately I've already got the Monday off so will stay up and watch that (with the help of a few strong coffees).
Should be an interesting game. Haven't been following the Colts too closely but I do know Richardson has been injured but I think he's back now? Sadly for you Vikings will have Hockenson back by then, giving Darnold an extra weapon. Richardson is one of the more mobile QB's in the league but needs to be wary of that Vikings defence hunting him down!
Two games in a row I won't be able to watch. Boo. Honestly 6 o clock games on dazn seem like gold dust this season. It's a good thing I'm a fan of the sport as a whole and not just the Vikings, or that £160 would be looking like a massive waste of money Thankfully no one will be flexing or putting on sky sports us v the jags
Yep, came back in properly for the Miami game. Flacco deputised pretty well. Richardson's been great as a dual-threat and is great going deep down the field to Pierce and Pittman, but his short and mid-range has been sloppy and he tends to overthrow. Still only 9 games into his NFL career though (I think) so very early days. The Colts aren't under much pressure to do anything just yet either. Will be interested to see if Taylor is back, after missing the Miami game
I think more the Rams were good. They had Kupp and more importantly, Nacua, back. That was disappointing because I think Nacua is great. As a result, McVay had a lot more options on offence, both in personnel and in the playbook. The one thing Darnold needs to improve on is limiting the sacks he takes. He took some sacks for huge losses at key times and he needs to throw the ball away if nothing's on. There was a sack on a key drive that turned a 2nd and 10 into a 3rd and 23 which can't happen. I thought KOC could have been more aggessive on 4th down as well. Buts Rams O Line did a good job protecting Stafford - we couldn't get near him and he took full advantage. I thought the officiating was terrible as well. Obviously the missed facemask on the safety at the end was a horrendous missed call, but I also thought there were some very soft PI calls on key 3rd downs against the Vikings. Not an exuse for the loss but I think they certainly contributed.
