Both Wenger and Pooch are 'open to the England job'
Wenger having spent 20 years at Arsenal winning 3 titles, 6 FA Cups, including 2 doubles, revolutionising the club and English football altogether, would be given the blessing of Arsenal fans.
Pooch however, would incur the wrath of Spuds everywhere if he ditched them, although it would be true to form, Pooch is clearly only using Spurs as a stepping stone, like he did with Southampton.

I'm welsh, I would never become England manager.

Steve Bruce is being touted ffs!

I'd do it Jurgen.
And I'd bring the World Cup back home, mate.

Maurizio. Plays in our u-15
Poch is keeping the young lads at Spurs happy by giving everyone a new contract (every week) so when he gets the job he won't be hated as they know he'll pick them.
Clever but so obvious.
That's okay for the players, but the Spud fans will be seething as they will get **** all out of it. Compared to Wenger and the amount of Spud manager scalps he's claimed over the last two decades, if Pooch leaves the spuds for the England job, his time at Spurs will be considered to be a failure along with the others.
I'd give @Matth_2014 a shot to be honest. His video's show he's got what it takes. I'm sure he's even doing well on the new journey playing FIFA 17.
