Don't think we've had one of these for a while. We've lost our last 6 league matches so how many points will we get from the upcoming 6:

Chelsea (H)
Leeds (A)
Everton (A)
Sheffield United (A)
Man City (A)
Brighton (H)


Four away matches in a row is quite unusual! I'll go for 8 points from that lot.

I think the next 3 games will shape the season. If teams above or below outpoint us by say, 6 points, then our real headache begins. But we're The Saints, Ralph is still here and as long as we stay synced points wise, with those around us, then happy days!

Although the caveat to the Leeds game is that absolutely anything could happen - so draw made sense to me

I like that Fran. Tolerable. I wish I’d though of that for all these seasons I’ve read children screaming on here, “That’s not acceptable.”

A point today. Win the next three. Won’t matter then when we play City, who will hopefully be experiencing a minor dip in form by then. Lose to Brighton.

EDIT - wrong thread, think i said this morning we’d spunk one at Goodson, but did it in the Chelsea thread. Teach me to wake up at 5am...
