    Never had the urge to buy a new top every Season, just because the Marketing Department was to sell me one.

    I usually wear my 'Roker Park' (Avec 1996/97) to games.
    I've told the family not to buy me any more as well.

    Not impress by this years offering though at all. It looks, to me, like an attempt at creating one of those confusing optical illusions.
    I take the point about harking back to the early days of the club, in which case why not go the whole way and have one half red and the other white?

    Pity they didn't go for something closer to 1981/83 if they were looking for narrow stripes. (I'd have bought one of those).
