I just hope we take our time and let Bally have a crack for a bit. Rather get the right person this time and Bally is a good bloke for the players to relate to and he's also as hard as **** if they're twats.

We should sit on our hands for a month and see whose CVs come dropping in through the letterbox. We may think the club's a bit of a basket case ATM, but we're still a hell of a good, high profile, job for a manager, so let them come to us rather than the other way round...
