Cleverly mentioning the 10k being consulted in almost every sentence, but dodging the question of how many were consulted re. the eventual badge. No mention of supporters clubs or LUST being consulted. They should have been. No mention of season ticket holders being consulted. They should have been. Who exactly was consulted?
