Yeah that's my thinking mate! Been here just over a year and first time buyer. If I got offered a job elsewhere and rented it out, then the people would be able to buy it for less than I owe? Christ that's terrifying!
No. The people who voted for him were all existing labour supporters anyway, what other party is he realistically going to pull votes from, the greens and lib dems? He'll get almost no support from the media either except maybe a few guardian journalists..
As in dads army 'Don't panic Mr mMainwarring' ' it'll never happen, he's a fruitcake............then again
Have you daft f**kers been reading the sun and mail again Mondays headline in the Sun do you think? "Corbyn ate my baby" and so it begins
Wouldn't have thought he'd be over the moon about it. I think most level headed labour supporters are shaking their heads.
I'm pretty sure RAW was voting for one of the women. I think I remember him saying he was against Corbyn. I also think he will get behind him now he's in charge and give him his full support. Total guess like never having met the man, that's just the way he comes across to me.
David Cameron must think all his Christmas's have come at once, with the Lib Dems having bombed at the last election and this guy as the new labour leader where on earth are we going to get a creditable election from in five years time, that is if Corbyn lasts that long.
The bloke seems so anti British everything to me. I'm no politician, but he looks a bad move for the Labour Party imo.
Don't think Cameron will give a **** mate. I can hear George Osbourne rubbing his hands from here though.
FTM, I'm a constitutional monarchist, the principles of which were founded in 1660. And proud of it. That was a ballsy honest post you wrote. And the day that doesn't matter, we don't. I don't much agree with you, but well said, mate. I'm glad you wrote it.
Second that - on this evidence it's another case of political suicide on a par with the election of Michael Foot in 1980. Quite simply the unexpected rout in the last election has deprived Labour of credible candidates and as result has left the way open for Corbyn. Clearly this is an attempt to appeal to their old Scottish heartlands and is doomed to failure - I think Labour have given up hope of power and have opted for the joyride instead.
I am sure that if Pinochet/Hitler/Mussolini/Hussain were alive they would of congratulated Thatcher on her victory in the 80's draw your own conclusions from that - oh wait! Hitler and Mussolini were already dead. Wonder what "we" did for the other 2?
