So it begins. I've already seen a rumour about the St Mirren 19 year old midfielder Kyle Magennis becoming JR's first signing, and now this rumour regarding two attacking players at Scunthorpe....

JACK ROSS EYEING DOUBLE RAID TO BRING HIGHLY-RATED SCOTTISH DUO TO SUNDERLAND

Sunderland’s new manager Jack Ross is eyeing a raid on his former club St Mirren to bring in two players.

According to The Mirror’s Live Transfer Blog [Saturday 26th May, 15:07], Ross wants to sign Gavin Reilly.

And he is also keen on bringing Kyle Magennis to Sunderland in a £1m move, according to The Scottish Sun.

Reilly is an impressive striker who was key to Ross’ success in getting St Mirren promoted to the Scottish Premiership.

The 25-year-old, formerly of Queen of the South and Hearts, scored an impressive 22 goals in 44 games to fire St Mirren to promotion and his contract expires this summer.

I hope McNair doesn't get his head turned or he'll get a neck injury and be out for the season.

With PL Interest I'd say he's definitely leaving so what price would you take?
I'd say in today's market, depending on the strength of his contract, we should hold out for 8m
