There isn't necessarily 15K missing...non-season ticket holders don't come every week, but all made the effort for Wembley.
I realize that really Fran, just using that as an example of potential fanbase size. We really need to be selling out each week in the Premier League. Football is great, the built up to this over the last few seasons has been exciting, but we still don't sell out.
I hope it's neither Purslow or Llambias. Both widely derided and disliked by fans of their previous clubs.
You'll get a bike, as lowering the prices would mean less income and we couldn't afford the car Not good business practice though, as we are only a few thousand off each week, so the price reduction to offset this would be minimal and probably not make a difference. If they slashed prices and filled the ground, the income would take a hit. They would still need to generate the right income. How much is a home game now for an adult?
I live close enough, so i'll take the bike Adults: Cat A Fixtures Cat B Fixtures Cat C Fixtures Itchen Premium £50 £46 £44 Kingsland Premium £47 £44 £40 Centre Itchen & Kingsland £44 £41 £36 Wings/Goals £40 £37 £32 Family Enclosure £37 £34 £30 Concessions: Cat A Fixtures Cat B Fixtures Cat C Fixtures Itchen Premium £50 £46 £44 Kinglsand Premium £47 £44 £40 Centre Itchen & Kingsland £40 £37 £32 Wings/Goals £35 £33 £28 Family Enclosure £25 £ 23 £20 Under 17yrs: Cat A Fixtures Cat B Fixtures Cat C Fixtures Itchen Premium £50 £46 £44 Kingsland Premium £47 £44 £40 Centre Itchen & Kingsland £32 £30 £26 Wings/Goals £23 £22 £19 Family Enclosure £17 £16 £14 Under 11 yrs*: Cat A Fixtures Cat B Fixtures Cat C Fixtures Itchen Premium £50 £46 £44 Kingsland Premium £47 £44 £40 Centre Itchen & Kingsland £17 £14 £12 Wings/Goals £14 £12 £10 Family Enclosure £10 £0** £0** So that typical family of four could be paying £60 if they're both under 11 or £88 for under 17 I'd say the average fair-weather fan would get a seat in the Northam section because of the lower away allocation, so you're looking at £37 or £32 a match EDIT: Sorry about Format, for some reason it's not coming across with spaces
Cortese wasn't unpopular with us though (as a whole). I'm all for tough, but speak to a fan of either club and both these were disastrous.
Since they've left? Odd reasoning. Liverpool fans think Purslow negotiated the sale well but was a disaster when it came to footballing decisions. Toon fans just think that Llambias was an idiot....
Yea but I mean they left the club in a good place. Llambias helped form that Newcastle side, and Purslow wrestled the club away from Hicks and Gillett to find the current owners.
I saw Purslow onSky Sports News' Transfer Windoe programme show earlier this month, as a guest alongside Darren Anderton and (from memory) Paul Walsh. I remember thinking at the time 'thank god our chairman/chief executive doesn't do this sort of stuff, go on these sorts of programme's'. It would therefore be slightly hypocritical of me to now want him to be just that.
Katharina has checked into a hotel in Winchester for four nights, with a booking on the conference room. She's got three names down to be meeting with her. One is... Robert Lenhart - http://www.linkedin.com/pub/robert-lenhart-lic-oec-hsg/3/953/576 The others have only surnames, Kruger and Hofstetter. Kruger appears to be a tax advisor, and believe Hofstetter is obviously the key man within this international law firm... http://www.hillhofstetter.com/ If so, she's checked in with a banker and financial advisor, a law specialist and a tax advisor. Could Robert Lenhart, the German banker, be about to become Chief Executive?
I approve, I think it makes much more sense to pick a business guy who she knows (either directly or through recommendations) than some random football executive.
