A goalkeeper who was sent off after kicking a fan has had his red card rescinded.

Wednesday's last-16 tie in the Dutch Cup between Ajax and AZ Alkmaar was abandoned after 38 minutes with Ajax leading 1-0 when a fan ran towards Alkmaar's Costa Rican goalkeeper Esteban.

The goalkeeper kicked the fan in retaliation after being kicked himself - but was given a red card for misconduct.

Alkmaar's furious coach Gert Jan Verbeek ordered his team to leave the pitch.

Thats ridiculous!! I had originally thought that the keeper simply kicked him and prevented him from running away. But no, he kicked him 3 times, two of which were with the fan on the floor. That is beyond reasonable. You cannot attack a fan, but you have to be able to defend yourself or apprehend them.
 
They were **** kicks aswell, i was hoping for a spinning back kick to the face with blood spurting all over the ref!!
 
He shoulda ploughed the guy's arsehole for our entertainment. Then kicked him.

That was an accident.

He liked to wear the leash while dug ****in and the dug got a bit excited with Gary's big cock in it. The dug fell doon the stairs and Gary got throttled to death by it's weight.
