Eco policies and green elites imposing their views on ordinary people making it harder for them to make a living. Fisherman are joining in too as the government want to only allow eco green friendly fishing. This is working people rising up again.

The Dutch Government want to halve the size of existing farms to combat CO2 and other nonsense, and fair play to the farmer for fighting back.
The world will have wheat and Sunflower oil shortages due to the war in Ukraine anyway, so why their Government are chasing this ridiculous notion is quite beyond me.
Someone posted on Tumblr that one little recent burp from Mount Etna released 10,000 times the amount of CO2 that mankind has produced since the start of the human race.
Puts it all in perspective !

I had arguments with a few on here about that, some are just to gullible to see it.. being taken as fools yet again..
As soon as the words emission’s & climate change are mentions on the news I hit the off button.. the government’s and multi corporate companies don’t give a sh!t about its effects..it’s all about, how they can profit..
People may want to think about how green Sri Lanka is getting on. A Country that cant produce enough food had a Government that made food harder to produce via its green policies.
I don’t disagree entirely with these points, but it has to be a good thing to try and limit our smoke and pollution surely?

Have a word with the likes of India, China and the US if we’re looking to clean up the air.. what I do have concerns about is the plastics problems, that really is something that does need world attention imo.
At some point in the future, yes I quite agree,
But right now we are heading for a worldwide recession, we have a cost of living crisis, a lot of Europe (including the UK) is reliant on Russia for Oil and refining it, plus some Gas, and we need to be as self sufficient in energy as we can be and asap, therefore the net zero/green agenda needs to be put firmly on the back burner for the foreseeable future.
If that means opening or reopening our coal mines, fracking, drilling for our own North Sea oil and opening new oil refineries/increasing capacity, then that's what we should be prioritising IMHO, plus getting the smaller Rolls-Royce nuclear plants built.
The woke clown that is Prince Charles told the world that the Polar ice caps would be gone by the turn of the century. Glad to see he was as well informed back then as he is now. Unfortunately people listen to the likes of him and good old Greta.

It does feel that at the moment the world has big economic issues following the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. So maybe at the moment put some of the green stuff on the back burner (no pun intended!)
