As far as I'm aware, planets orbiting other stars are only detectable through their gravitational influence on the star or by spectroscopy. They're far too distant to be optically visible. I don't know how far out Niburu would need to be to escape detection, but as Sisu says, it's all a load of bollocks anyway.
Having made the above statement- I thought I ought to check up on it. Seems I'm a bit behind the times (shock, horror) as there are a small number of planets discovered by direct imaging. They are very large, and a long way from their parent star, so easier to see away from the glare. There are only a handful, though, and the vast majority of detections are by indirect means.
It is true they have only detected a few, but average that out stars checked to planets found and average that over the galaxy alone and it amounts to a hell of a lot. As for planets, there are bodies out there well beyond pluto, one has been called dwarf planet "Biden", after the US VP. We can't see the vast majority of the stuff out on the edge of the heliosphere. Unless you get a chance passing of a body by a star or other light source then it's nigh impossible to see them.
The Nibiru thing, people keep taking so called pictures of 2 suns in the sky. There is always some reason why every day astronomers can never see this magical body coming towards us trailing red iron like wings and showing up as another star right next to the sun, only the dudes on google space can seem to find this thing
That's only @ 1000 years before the week in which the universe, earth, light and Bruce Forsyth were created, so it is feasible. Maybe its passing caused the biblical floods and the walls of Jehrico to fall down?
there's a **** load.... all of them are smaller than pluto... if they have been seen... if you consider that hubble can product amazing shots from 1million light year away but ****e all of Pluto that should make you wonder.
What are we wondering....? The distant things it photographs are mind- bogglingly immense. Pluto and other stuff at the edge of our system are tiny.
Ever see that father ted episode... No doodle the toy cow is close up...and those cows out there are far far away. ....
I am not dissin Newton and Einstein you philistine Einstein and Newton never knew about plasma in space fyi, if they did, their works would have been very different I am saying gravity is only part of the equation. Plasma and the electricity and therefor electromagnetic force it generates is very real. Take Birkeland currents, confirmed by NASA in 2010 though NASA called them magnetic ropes You can't have a magnetic field in rope form unless there is a current in that form to generate the magnetic force. Magentism is a gradient not "lines" or "ropes". http://science.nasa.gov/science-news/science-at-nasa/2007/11dec_themis/ A Birkeland current, discovered 100 years ago. NASA gave Birkeland no credit too. Scumbags. These connect earth to the sun. Note the magnetic fields created by the current. please log in to view this image Now see them on an epic scale in deep space please log in to view this image Also, how do you think Saturn's rings maintain their ring form, with gravity alone they should be a cloud of dust around the planet over time as things influence the debris and not in pristine ring form, every disturbance over time would leave the rings not ring-like at all, so a force is maintaining the ring formation. Magnetic fields in galaxies. We are talking forces here billions of times stronger than gravity. To say they play no significant part in universe evolution is just ludicrous please log in to view this image
Obviously Nibiru it is claimed has a few planets and mons along with it apparently. But it is invisible to anyone with a critical viewpoint it seems, and only visible to believers It's supposed to orbit between the sun and earth which essentially makes it a dooms day thing. The internet loves its dooms day scenarios so it does
I'm convinced I'm dead 'ard me- as I've lived through so many end-of-the-world scenarios in my time. When you get to the bottom of most of them and see through all the pseudo-science crap they're usually a repent-and-be-saved sort of thing put out by some religious nutjobs. (I'm not saying all believers are nuts, btw, before anyone accuses me of it- just the silly doom-merchants). Asteroid strikes and alien invasion are the plagues of locusts for the hi-tech era.
Agree there. We already have some real dooms day possibilities without the need for hogwash. If I had to choose certain subjects as possibly dooms day. Self replicating nanotech and Gene driver tech (Propagates genetic traits at an accelerated rate) because this would spread faster than we could ever do anything about it and the corporations that create these things are less than reliable.
The Human Soul Captured Leaving The Body After Death! (PHOTO ON PAGE 2) ADVERTISEMENT If you have wondered for a long time whether the human spirit is indeed real, or a figment of an overactive imagination, thought up thousands of years ago by someone less informed about science than we are today, then Russian scientist Konstantin Korotkov might just have the answer for you. Using a technique first discovered in 1939 by Semyon Kirlian, Korotkov claims to be able to capture the actual moment of the soul leaving the body of dead humans by using Bioelectrographic photography, also called electrophotonics, or more colloquially, Kirlian Photography after the gentleman who discovered this much researched topic some 76 years ago. please log in to view this image Photo from Web How it works can be explained in fairly simple terms. Based on the principle that Kirlian photography can capture the life energy of a living creature by creating electromagnetically charged fields, and using a gas emission discharge to capture that energy in a process known as Gas Discharge visualisation or (GDV), so the Russian scientist claims to be successfully able to manipulate this process to capture that exact moment when the soul is said to vacate the human body, at the time of death. Interviews, images and video showing the events as Konstantin Korotkov explains them are widely available. ADVERTISEMENT This type of photography is mainly used in relation to electric coronal discharges, and measuring various aspects of electricity during it's transfer through wires, however what the Russian scientist, Konstantin Korotkov is describing in his new found use for this process is only now possible thanks to the development of new technology. please log in to view this image Photo from Web We humans have believed collectively in body and soul since the beginning of time. What Konstantin Korotkov has discovered now has the potential to tell us once and for all that the soul does exist and that the life after death that we hope for throughout life is awaiting us. This is a phenomenally important experiment that must not be dismissed without full and proper research. There are relatively few questions that someone somewhere at some time in history hasn't answered to a greater or lesser extent. However, the question of whether the soul exists within the body can only be answered by visual evidence of the soul vacating the body at the appropriate time. If this can be done, then we have the answer. If not, then we can keep wondering until the inevitable day when we will all find out. http://www.hithenews.com/the-human-soul-captured-leaving-the-body-after-death-237-page1.html
