A private Jewish police force for jews
They call them shomrim. Started in America but now there us a few in London. They get SIA trained, then provided uniforms and cars.

London police were really anti them but couldn't voice it. Still can't for risk of being anti semetic.
Despite positive press stories police don't like them.
Yeah it is but to say so means you're antisemetic.
Its like the whole labour party thing, if you read behind the headlines its just a way of shutting up discussion. Read about the del Singh award for instance.

Is this so-called police force there to keep the peace among Jews, or is it there to target non-Jews?
What if something kicks off in the Jewish community - say an Elder slaps his wife, and she called 999 - would the Jewish lads tell Old Bill to back off and leave it to be sorted "internally?"
Again, at the risk of being called anti semetic, its more to keep the police out if its a Jewish thing eg slapping the Mrs but respond and get police involved if its not
Tbf they to some good work but it is a private Jewish security force on the streets of London, for Jews which I am uncomfortable with, as are police from what i know but darent say
The reality, from what I know and have seen, is that in practise there us very little difference in these patrols and the Muslim patrols. Both go up to people and say things like you can't drink here etc
Only difference is one is sanctioned the other not. But if its not illegal to drink in a Muslim area then it isn't in a Jewish one either. A neighbourhood watch is one thing but this?
I maybe looking at things wrong here, but neither have the right.
We have what is known as the police force, which dictate the rules of the land.
A Sharia patrol is a bunch of goons accusing people of being gay , telling people not to drink or wear modern Western clothes .
The Jewish security guards are not all Jewish and they are licensed and trained mainly to protect their houses from thieves .
During the riots they were patrolling the businesses to stop looting.
They are not armed they are basically Spurlock types doing it for a wage .

That's not true.
They are volunteer civilian patrols, and all Jewish.
And despite what you might say or think, they do stop the "wrong sorts" from their areas
There are gated communities where the residents pay security guards to watch cctv and try to prevent robberies and to act as a deterrent.
Like St George Hill in Surrey..But they still have no powers in the actual laws, just a deterent?
