I'd take him over Moyes right now. At least Roy knows want is required when you're associated with United.
He very nearly bankrupted us but obviously at United money would be no object! Fergie would never allow him to come back in any capacity!
Raphael Honigstein From what I've been told, Moyes' biggest problem is not tactics, but lacking necessary people skills."Can't lift anybody", "indecisive".
I cannot stand Roy Keane nowadays. No doubting he was a top player for us, but he runs his mouth far to much, just to get a reaction. I doubt he even believes some of the ****e that comes out of his mouth. Even the Irish now think he's a pratt, after he blamed there defeat to France on the Irish players rather than Thierry Henry cheating
Giggs fuming at Moyes rift rumours http://www.manchestereveningnews.co...ll-news/ryan-giggs-fuming-david-moyes-6842397
You missed the point (as per usual ). When we were having our tough times we were inundated with such comments on our board from the complacent United fans such as yourself. In all seriousness though the players SHOULD take a long hard look at themselves. I said the same about Torres in the dark days of Woy. Having a ****e manager is no excuse for a lack of effort on the pitch. I saw only three United players yesterday who looked like they really cared (Rooney, Jones and Rafael). The rest should be ashamed of themselves. That's not a LFC vs Utd comment that's just a fact. You are too quick to defend these ****ers who are happy to perform like that and still take home their enormous wage. Whether Fergie is there or not they should still have the bollocks to put 100% in.
It's a lovely irony that we employed Roy Keane as manager and then ended up having to bring in Mick McCarthy to sort out the bloody great mess that Keane left behind! Shades of 2002!
Everton youth coach wading in. Moyes is going to be lucky if he gets another job in the PL at this rate. Rangers will need a scot soon.
It was strongly rumoured round these parts that Alan Stubbs had more than one stand up row with Moyes about his reluctance to play Barkley so that really doesn't surprise me Sheedy had issues with him too. Mind you, at least the players at Everton bothered to play for him whether or not they liked him #vanpersieout
I think it's fairly obvious that the players at Everton liked him, Tim Cahill has spoken very highly of him, whilst Phil Neville joined him as coach with us. Evertons 2 best players last season Baines and Fellaini where both desperate to join him at United too, so I don't think you could ever say he wasn't liked at Everton. Obviously there are certain players at every club, no matter who the manager is who will dislike the manager, but that's normally because they're not getting a game
So because Moyes is now at OT Sheedy owes it to Utd to keep up the illusion? Fergie wasn't scared to open his grid so why shouldn't other people in the game be allowed the same luxury?
And saf was judged for it so why is Sheedy allowed the luxury of not being judged ? Nobody's said he shouldn't/ couldn't say anything. Just it doesn't look good on Sheedy.
