It's only ibuprofen (which i believe is the same as cuprofen )...nothing seriously horrid .

And it was a very short, very slow stroll, promise It actually hurts more when i sit down lol

Anti imflam`s are very good for lower back probs too! My Chiro , told me to ditch pain killers if I could and go for the cuprofen and Ibuprofen(which is similar your correct there)

 

i think this is more hip than lower back, but it feels a lot better when i'm laying down or standing than it does when i sit lol...still, i'll be standing in the kitchen a lot this afternoon so i guess that's a good thing lol

There is a cracking real ale pub near the station and has great entertainment - across the road is a sex-shop. You can sit in the pub watching the punters coming and going!
