Apparently there's some sort of wedding on tomorrow..however, having rested for almost 2 weeks, it's time to get those feet moving again..15 miles to be done in the morning, and some warm up stretches and exercises tonight to get myself back in gear ...Just over 6 weeks to go...oh my!
Thanks w-y..the swelling has gone, and it's not as tender as it was, i think it should hold up okay, but if i get a niggle, i won't do the full 15...but i really need to, coz now i add one each week til the big 20
