With how slow Hamilton was going Max would probably have stayed ahead of Bottas with one lap at full tilt.

Around this circuit, they could have punctured and he'd have still won.

Had to be the whiniest hamilton ever.

I'm surprised his engineer didn't say shut the **** up you are in the lead and nobody can get by here.

or at least remember last time you ****ed up whining and we have in now shut up and just drive you child.

He never really had the chance earlier though, Hamilton was getting enough of a gap into the tunnel, until that lap.
Still, at least Monaco was interesting this time.

Nice to see Jason Donovan there.

My mistake, it was just Nico Rosberg.

I still cant believe the 5s penalty for unsafe release, including barging a car into a wall in a packed pit lane

yup. that was a can't influence race result penalty not a safety call.

if safety is no 1 then team deserve a serious fine min as the team calls the release.

monaco should be cancelled until they install sprinklers all over the track and pump the water over it.

this era of f1 is a disaster.

    cars longer and wider.

tyres are either so hard they last 70 laps of slow whatever speed or so fragile that if you push at all they fall apart after 2 laps.

fuel is made marginal so you then obviously put less in and then conserve it but drivimg slow.

engines are expensive so you turn them down and only use 3 all year.

cover this up with a liberal sprinkling of fake passing using drs which is equivalent of pushing baby chicks into water.

    ................

whatever happened to run them light, run them hard and fast.. change the tyres, rejoice and repeat.

it's not the responsibility of car racing to "save the planet" its job is to entertain.

I couldn't believe how big the cars are after seeing a comparison image the other day. Nowonder there is a struggle to overtake and Mercedes have the biggest of them all....

there was a time when children wouldn't be put in f1 cars here. you could predict where they'd crash and how quickly. nobody is pushing so it's easy enough for kids
