What I said was perfectly true. If she’d have tried to be inclusive instead of secretive and furtive, she’d have had a far better chance of getting enough remainers to realise that she was only trying to deliver the referendum result with the minimal damage to the country, and backed her.

Instead she’s taken a bad hand and played it disastrously.
