They won 2-1, with my homeboy Juninho scoring in injury time Man Utd style. Didn't get to watch the game as I was, and currently am working on this stupid paper for English. My new hero Mike Magee scored the first goal, and Morelia scored on a horrible defensive mistake by the least talented player in the league Bryan Jordan.
Oh and the Galaxy only need 1 point from the last 4 games to set the record for most points in a season. And if they win tonight at New York they win the Supporters Shield 3 games early.
I saw Houston Dynamo at Robertson Stadium a few times during the season when they retained their MLS title, but since their demise the MLS has gone downhill.
Lol, I remember watching the MLS back in the early 2000s, it has gotten so much better. Some teams actually pass the ball now...sometimes.
What do you mean early 2000s?,Dynamo won back to back MLS titles in their first two years of existance 2006-2007. And Kenny's boy played a big part in it.
I was talking about the league in general. As a Galaxy fan, I dislike Houston, because they were The San Jose Smurfquakes, our rivals in the California Clasico, and even though they brought the Smurfquakes back as a different franchise, I will never forget where Houston came from.
They were San Jose but they now have a staunch TexMex support who only know them as the Dynamo. I was on the steps of Houston City hall cheering Paul Dalglish when they brought the MLS title in 06,(i loved living and working there)but now im back here.
I also hated Houston because of Ricardo Clark. Not only was he terrible, but he was capable of some pretty disgusting things. Nigel De Jong Disgusting.
Well i hate Beckham(since his man u days)and blue****e Landon Donovan, but i love chicken fried steak, creamy mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy. So it all evens out.
They crumbled at the end of the season and never even made the play-off's for the World Series. Next year will be the RedSox's year.
Its sox not socks, but if you wanna talk about socks go to the home board of the sock robbers....Everton.
I think the MLS will be huge in 50 years!! Sounds like Rio Ferdinand might be on his way over there next...http://www.theplayersnet.com/chicago-fire-rio-ferdinand-david-beckham-news/
