He's just calling sycophancy to try and divert things away from The Goons' luck today, and abysmal record of the last 10 years or more under Whinger. :)

No, I'm calling sycophant because you are being a sycophant towards Pep, whilst slating Wenger, it's blatantly obvious.

As for Arsenal's luck today. It pleases me no end that we won with the last kick of the game and pissed you Spuds off in the process :)

Obvious, only to you. As per usual!...

He just thinks that if he repeats the same thing often enough, that makes it true.

In some ways, he's a bit like Dull....

I don't blame you for hating Wenger. If I'd seen a manager like that at Spurs winning titles, FA cups, doubles and finishing in the top 4 every season above my club, then I'd feel the same way.

Trying to deny his success though, whilst heaping praise on another successful manager, is what it is, sycophancy.

"Spurs have made their best ever start to a league season, collecting 17 points from their opening seven matches."
(BBC Football)

For those of you who thought that last season was our best, please save your breath and your wumming.

Thank you.

Yes, well words like bollocks immediately spring to mind....

Whinger has achieved **** all of any note in well over a decade.

Anyway, fair play to the Spuds today. A good win in a convincing way.

I only hope it serves to raise your expectations before you bottle it again :)

You're wasting your breath, NSIS.

Pixie is so great a Wenger-apologist that I would not be at all surprised to learn that he is Wenger!

I am looking forward to if not being the PL winner, then again being the last team who
can possibly overcome the winner, and "bottling it" straight into the CL group stages.

We'll see, plenty of time for you to **** it up yet. You know it's coming at some stage.

I think with the resources available to Wenger, I would be slightly underwhelmed with his achievements in the last few years.
Let's be honest, the FA cup has lost its significance in today's footballing world, so it really only comes down to the CL and the premiership, which both continually seem to pass wenger by.

The excuse that Wenger-apologists used, for years, was "we've got to pay off our stadium." Hell, they were using that excuse even before they build their stadium and long after they had built it! Some of them are probably still using it.
