Oh, dear! You're not going to fall into Pixie's trap, are you, and predict that Kane is going to flop next season?

You really are a cock!

Reactions: Spurlock
So, we kick off the new season (2016/17) with a draw at Everton. We had most of the possession and more shots at goal (though less on target), but we looked disjointed and lacking in cohesion. All in all, a draw was a good result, and it is something we will built on.

With Palace and 'Pool at home in our next two games, we've got to fancy our chances, and it will be comforting for Poch to think that 9th (where we currently sit) is probably the lowest we are going to be in the league table, this season.

England striker Harry Kane, 22, will agree a new £5m-a-year contract with Tottenham this week. (Sun)

This is bad news for Pixie and other assorted wumsters.

I predicted that the Hurra would stay at Spurs, and he has.

:emoticon-0159-musicHe's one of our own, Harry Kane!

This contracts more about Levy screwing more money out of any prospective purchaser next year. Like Bale, his contract meant less than your word.

That's bollocks!

Bale was allowed to go because he demanded a transfer and virtually went on strike to force it through. Kane has never done any such thing, quite the opposite in fact.

Do you think that Levy's record for selling the family silver will actually save him? His just another name on a long list of departees. It's just a matter of time, offering a 5 year contract just bumps up the price.

If Kane requests a transfer, we'll deal with it then.

Both Bale and Modric were sold at their own demand to the current, and eleven times European champions. Both play a major role in that side.

I don't recall Real coming knocking for too many Chelsea players?!...

I'm sure it won't be long before he does especially when you bomb out of europe and return to mid table he'll be just like Bale, Modric, Berbatov, Carrick and others.

Still never mind enjoy your season!

@Hoddle Is A God It's not, really. However as stated in the OP if the loser didn't go through with the net then something would be done so I've asked that question and it's in the hands of the higher powers now.

I think brb should permanently change his avatar to a properly reflect both losing the bet and bottling the challenge.

We should start a new thread for people to submit their picture suggestions. :)
