The Emirates Stadium came in on time and to budget.
Something else that Arsenal are better at than Spurs :)
If you look at the Spurs stadium today you can see that for all the "Levy is on top of it" talk, it was never going to be close to on time.
Yes, they have had wiring problems (which I think have been a blessing to Levy) that have set them back, but that hasn't made a difference to the fact that half the outside paving is missing, the steps leading upto the stadium still have no handrails and the site is surrounded by fence work.
This is two months after completion date and **** all to do with the wiring. No way can you get 65k people in there with the fencing up, no pavement and no handrails on the steps, it would just not pass H&S inspection.

The Emirates Stadium came in on time and to budget.

The club appointed N M Rothschild & Sons to examine its financial situation and advise whether it was feasible for construction to press ahead at the end of March 2003.[55] Although Arsenal secured a £260 million loan from a group of banks led by the Royal Bank of Scotland, the club suspended work on Ashburton Grove in April 2003, saying, "We have experienced a number of delays in arrangements for our new stadium project in recent months across a range of issues. The impact of these delays is that we will now be unable to deliver a stadium opening for the start of the 2005–06 season."[52][56] The cost of building the stadium, forecasted at £400 million, had risen by £100 million during that period.

Ours is a state of the art modern day collaseum...built with everything a fan could want taken into consideration when it comes to supporting the team. The fans will virtually be on the touchline...the atmosphere will be frightening for the away fan and team

So 65k people will virtually be on the touchline including those at the top of the "wall", what does it give to the fans (apart from a cheese room) that other grounds don't give.
Nice looking stadium, but then again most new ones are.

It's our new home and that gives us alot more than other grounds give us...added the finer details such as the wall the close proximity of the pitch to fans...majority roofed therefore creating a couldron of epicness...I think it gives Spurs alot
