When I ran long distances, I used to go into a kind of meditative state. I never paid too much attention to too much detail in my surroundings.

I used to go running when I had problems to solve in my work. The running used to help me think.

“When I’m running, I shut off from the stress of the outside world. I’m an introvert by nature and need time with my own thoughts to help me cope with life.

My thinking becomes so clear and uninterrupted when I’m running, getting away from distractions helps me think things through properly, makes me more decisive, and allows me to work on my emotional intelligence - which are really important traits for an entrepreneur. Most of my big business breakthroughs have happened while running”

That's exactly what long running distance does.

You clearly haven't run the San Fran marathon, so I will forgive you your ignorance.

I haven't, but I have been to SF a couple of times. One of the things I noticed was lots of steep hills. The city is kinda famous for it.

Strange that they disappeared when you were there <laugh>

In fairness to Quentin, he was probably wearing his automatic incline tilt adjusting Nike Bullshitters running shoes <ok>

Tottenham have held talks with the agent of Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes, 24, over a move from Sporting Lisbon.
