On a wet and slippery Wembley surface, Spurs' dogged perseverance overcame Burnley's anti football.

Not since Mourhino's Chelsea has the English public seen such negative and dull football from a visiting club, but our patience paid off in the 91st minute with a superb strike from Eriksen.

In a game that saw a debut from 18 year old Skip, Poch and the boys can rightly kiss the badge. You earned it, lads!

I was discussing with a work colleague, today, just how far Poch can take Spurs, and I said I think he can take them all the way.

Mauricio Pochettino says he hopes to be Tottenham boss for 20 years and perhaps finish his career with the club.

"I hope, or I wish to be here 20 years, and decide to leave or to finish my career here," said Pochettino. "I am so focused here, and want to help the club to achieve what the club want to be in history."
