Hard to argue at the moment. Dembele can also grab a game and run it. But there’s something classy and effortless about the way Eriksen does it.

 

If you stop Eriksen playing you cut off the playmaker, Dembele is great if you want someone to mix it up but he doesn't run games against the more successful teams.

 

Dembele is different for sure. But in his own way he can also control a midfield. He breaks up play, is very hard dispossess, and can pick a pass too.

 

When he concentrates on not being a thug he does better.

 

The combination of Eriksen, Moura, Lamela and Son worked well yesterday, the movement and passing was quick and effective.
