You can't really talk about a small club mentality when Spurs fans celebrated finishing above Arsenal like you got a trophy for it.
You had banners made up and were selling T-Shirts outside the ground to celebrate it. We only nod to it, because it's happened so many times, therein lay the joke.

I've seen clubs win trophies and celebrate less than WHL did when they beat Arsenal the other day.
