1. Stoke will be a very different game to Arsenal or Chelsea - more physical so we need TD on from the start. The first goal will be vital here. 2. Sean Dyche would be ideal but I would be dissapointed if he left Burnley just for the money. How about Wayne Rooney 3. Why is he the forgotten man - does MS. know something we don't. I would like to see him step up at the first opportunity. 4. No way of knowing, it may click or it may not - would like to see more English managers given chances.
1. I see David Moyes as similar to Aidy Boothroyd - an only-successful-at-one-club type of manager. So simply can't see him being successful at Wet Spam - am not even sure that he could help them avoid the drop... 2. Without a doubt Sebastian Prodl. I sense that a lot of the goals we have conceded from set pieces recently would not have been scored with him there. 3. Ugh - not really keen on any of the current contenders. Looking further down the table than those towards the top, I'd say Brentford. Even though they're currently 12th and 9 points behind an automatic spot, they are the form team of the division at the moment. To them I'd add Sheffield United who have been in the shadow of Sheff Wed for too long and a return for Middlesbrough. 4. Added a bit of urgency and 'British steel' - looked very promising to me.
I'd go with the above, adding that Hughes was kind of Pereyra like a bit which is a good sign for the future.
1. David Moyes has never seemed like a manager with real passion. In the mess the club are now in passion is needed. Not sure he will succeed. 2. Agree, Sebastian Prodl. 3. Middlesborough. One of my dining friends is a long time supporter. He is one of the nicest, people I know, so would like him to be happy. 4. Still haven't watched it, so cannot say.
1 he's a good manager, but rather 'slow burn'. Whether the muppets in charge of the East London pantomime have enough patience is questionable. 2 3 defenders. 3 anyone but a Leeds 4 Excellent- Pereyra like with a bit more athleticism.
1. Not entirely convinced he's the man for this particular job. Insofar as our upcoming fixture is concerned let's hope he has little effect on them. 2. Prödl. And Pereyra. Also, on current form Gomes! 3. Aston Villa, Cardiff City, Derby County.... one of the Sheffield clubs as first reserve! 4. Haven't seen it yet, but reports are encouraging.
1. It's got to be better timing for him than being appointed as Fergie's successor. 2. Again, it's Prodl but I also think that Cathcart and him together have been our best central defenders, although it sounds like Kabasele is much better than last year. 3. Norwich, so I can go visit my Uncle and Aunt when we play there. I would say Sunderland because my Grandad was from there, but there's no chance of that. I don't have any preference otherwise. 4. The amount shown on MOTD2 didn't give any idea either way, so I don't really know.
1. Far from convinced on Moyes.....wrong person at the wrong time for me. 2. Got to be Seb Prödl. 3. Definitely not Wolves or Leeds. Would like to see Sheff Utd. make it, great local manager, lifelong fan etc. and also Norwich. 4. Can't make judgement yet but the signs are promising.
