I am there on the Friday this year, in club. Not overly happy because it didn't half set me back, it's more busy than the other days and actually the racing isn't all the great when you take away the big race. Certainly not as strong as the Tuesday. Still it's good to be going, lets hope the big 4 in the Gold Cup betting all make it.
It gets better and better, for me at least - I'm staying over Tuesday and now attending Wednesday as well A bit concerned that it is Ladies Day, as my cross dressing days are well behind me now!
I second that florida, haven't missed a Festival since 2004 and this will be my first time in Best Mate since 2008. I will be there Tues and possibly Weds.

Afternoon all! I'm a keen racing fan but new to this Board. Ron recommended I take a look. I'll be at Cheltenham Tues - Thurs. Nothing jumping out for me at the moment though. I wonder if the ground will be as soft as they are saying. Cheltenham always dries really quickly. The time of the first race will tell us a lot.

I'm setting out in about an hour - blizzard conditions here in Essex, but hopefully will leave it behind. And I've already had a result ........... found an unopened bottle of Aberlour single malt in the motorhome, that I'd forgotten existed Stop over tonight at Moreton-in-Marsh, then a simple 25 mile ride to Chelters Tuesday morning.
