If you watched the player then you would understand why I disagree because he usually plays as more of a right winger that doesn't hug the touchline or an inside forward, which why he is likened to Jairzinho.
He's a right winger. The reason I KNOW this is due to two south American journalists who's opinion I trust. Rather than a ****ing idiot such as yourself who looks at wiki and thinks it's gospel then pretends to have seen him play. You utter dickspring.
And just because he has started on the left before doesn't mean that it should be classed as one of his natural positions, it's often a tactical decision if a manager thinks a certain players strengths will cause a certain defender trouble, just like Bale playing on the right, everybody knows he's a left sided player, that's easily where he is most effective but he has still played on the right in certain games against certain fullbacks.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...anchester-United-says-Brazil-stars-agent.html Guess we are not getting him then, and things have gone cold on Modric and god knows about the RVP rumour
For years now i have totally ignored all paper talk and been content to wait till announced by the club. No getting wound up or as excited as a Scouser and looking silly if they don`t happen.
To further support the concept of not listening too much to the papers is the the Moura transfer could be back on today. So a couple of days ago we'd signed him, yesterday we were still negotiating and then the deal was off, definitely off, absolutely no chance of it happening, ever. Yet today they're expecting negotiations to continue. I do read the papers and the transfer gossip but I don't take it as proper news. A lot of it is the agents IMO, I think they link players to clubs through the press a lot to bring thier clients names to the fore. I don't think the journalists sit there making it all up, at least not most of them, I just think they're being manipulated by the agents into creating false stories a lot of the time.
I remember all the song and dance over Sneijder last season. First there was definite interest, rumours the player wanted a move, and all that, and then in the end serious negotiations never even got off the ground. At least we have Kagawa, and by all accounts he's made a good start.
Sneijder has confirmed on twitter he will sign for united this week after undergoing a medical at bupa in whalley range at 10am tomorrow morning
