I wouldn't be surprised if business was over now. I wouldn't mind De Gea going after all the soap opera. However we don't have a good replacement yet. So it is likely he'll stay and with the window closed, he can focus on playing for United. Austin may come as a bench warming striker. Not that crucial now.

So... ummmm... who exactly... and I'm just spit-balling here... but who exactly was messing who about in this De Gea transfer??? Just so we're clear as to what the fck the point was in leaving it to the last day and having no decent goalie in place??? Anyone want clear that one up?

I remember him from a couple of seasons ago. Surprisingly good at reading the striker's movement and shots and pulling off some high quality saves. He's a very good keeper tbf but not in De Gea's league imo.
