Why would you protect your tweets. I dont use twitter but isnt the point that people can see what you say? Matt can you post the tweet if the ja606 user has posted it?
I suppose people protect their tweets so only those who are following the user can access the tweets. A bit like setting up a Facebook account and setting it to privacy mode where other users can not see their info, what they posted, etc.
So essentially you're suggesting pushing Rooney up as a lone striker to fit Kagawa in as a playmaker, though its quite obvious Rooney's best position is playing behind another striker. Wether or not we'll think Welbeck can be a permanent starter in our squad Fergie seems to think the future is Welbeck/Rooney partnership as far as our strikers are concerned. At times they do seem to have a Cole/Yorke feel to their play, but I'm not sure Welbeck is quite ready for that responsibility yet. The 442 doesn't always work now because we don't have 2 CMs that can boss around 2-3 good CMs around. So we often get overrun in the midfield. I would like to see us try a 4231 in Europe next season though. That could possibly solve our poor European performances.
I'm not bashing Welbeck, but I'm not sure he's up for being first choice striker all season long. He always puts in 100% but his finishing can be sub standard at times, and he doesn't always click with the rest of the team. I have no doubts he will become a great striker in time, but I don't think he's quite there yet.
