    De Telegraaf reports this morning that Besiktas is interested in signing Alexander Büttner. According to the Dutch newspaper Büttner is very unlikely to get any minutes at Old Trafford and he is looking to move on with the World Cup coming up.

    Strange that he doesn't start for England and it's taken for his ex manager to go to a bigger club for one to take an interest in him!!

    Jokes aside, Baines is a good player and currently better than what United have in that position. Not going to help stop the 'Moyes can't attract big names' naysayers though.

    Wonder if Baines would get the same freedom to basically play left wing at United + take all the set pieces though?
