With appleby as his assistant.

I actually saw Appleby play, only the once mind you. It was a night match, 1st round of the League Cup against Leicester - he managed an hour, looking good in the process anarl to be fair; his stats reckon 6 appearances in two years ....... ****ed if I can remember any of his others.

Saw him play (and lose) for us at Rushden & Diamonds.

No doubt Silva will be led out of the building immediately, blindfolded, and have tomatoes or cauliflowers thrown at him, for daring to say that the Allams ****ed us up.

Interesting insight into the players frame of mind right now. Maybe they're a bit emotional right after the game. Maybe they now think time to be off and get away from the loonies.

There are only so many times that you can keep telling the captain of the good ship Hull City, that we are heading for an iceberg. If they choose not to listen the result is inevitable.

Was Ehab there today?

Seems like he went to see the players in the dressing room afterwards and one or two gave their frank opinion of the mess up on Ehab's behalf. Go back to our second home game: it was well-reported senior players had been to the owners to tell them to sign players. Alex Bruce confirmed this live on BT's broadcast of that Man Utd game. They're as fed up of the owners as we are.

of course Silva should stay, but if he will or wants to is a different matter. I can see him going right after the Spurs game, then wait for offers. At that time I'd ask Ian Ashbee to take it on with Deano is no2.
You know I was just thinking about Ashbee, only problem is he would be telling Ehab to get stuffed in the first week. He certainly would not stand for any slacking from players either.

Thank god we have posters that can make me laugh out loud .

In my deluded little world, I would have been the one club home town player type, testimonial after 10 years (money to Dove House Hospice) and all that. Big Billy, Brabin, Ashbee rolled into one (some player that would have been).

If that smug twat Ehab came into the dressing room after the game today, I would have flown at the bastard, got the twat in the showers and waterboarded him.

Might just have made me feel better before being given my cards in the next couple of days, along with several others.

I can't see Silva getting anything big.

He may stay. Maybe a foreign offer but I don't see one premiership team who would jump right now.

Just read the full interview in the guardian.
I think he's saying he want some to stay but there'll be no ****ing around he wants cast iron guarantees there will be a budget and he wants it all done as soon as.

It sounds like he's prepared to stay if The Alamms are reasonable :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm.
Good luck in that meeting I say.

There are good managers out there either available or already in employment that we could get and with a bit of backing could do good things.

Unfortunately the interview panel who would be making the decision and trying to sell the job are a couple of ******ed spunk trumpets.

I'm not even vaguely aware of what a spunk trumpet is but I suspect that it's not very nice and I'm sure my mother, if alive, would vehemently disapprove.

Watched the Huddersfield v Sheffield Wed TV play-off game and the commentators said McLaren was likely to replace Wagner if Huddersfield failed to gain promotion.

Where's Wagner going?
It all depends on Silva ultimately, if the decision is made quickly & he goes then I see SM with us. Simply because he said he wanted it at the start of the season, he's also been to a lot of our games.

Posters will knock it. But if I was an owner desperate to get back at the first attempt I'd get warnock in.
Did a brilliant job keeping Rotherham. Got Cardiff going too when they were in trouble.

When he sees whathe's got here and he's allowed to add to it. We'd piss it.

I posted last week that Warnock would've done a better job with Newcastle's squad than Rafa did.
