The board is not backing the managers judgement, he has been forced into the market of lesser quality, players who are effectively not needed by their clubs hence being available to loan, and the board is hoping to strike lucky, little risk, big odds. Its pathetic for a club the size of Celtic, but they will reap the rewards now, stadium will be even emptier than it has been in recent seasons.

Roy keane was as good as appointed and then changed his mind- probably due to being told there was no money being spent. Problem is this will remain the case. Not convinced Deila has the tactical nouse to coach what he is given. Should have gone for someone who can get the best out of what he has. Pukki and Balde are away, some other striker is coming in this week apparently. We need another keeper drastically - hope there's a half decent one in the youth teams somewhere.

I heard Balde and Pukki were both away anyway. Pukki to Freiberg, Balde back to Portugal. I know Berget was rank last night but I really like him - I think him and Johansen are actually quite good together. Johansen is probably my favourite player just now - don't know what that says about the rest of them.
you can add commons to that list as well as kayal. if the likes of twardzik, herron and George are not good enough get them away too. bring through the next generation and give them game time.
