I came on to say that it was a dreadful decision from the officials and that you have been unlucky. I just get ****ing pissed off with people moaning and whining that every decision always goes our way, which is complete crap.
referee standards do genuinely seem to have slipped this past season - or is it just that its fresher in the mind, i dont know...this weekend has been disgraceful...and at the business end of the season these calls are going to affect futures of clubs...i just dont think its enough for people to shrug their shoulders and say its a tough job... my job is tough, i'm currently at work having had to work friday and also tomorrow...but if i fork up then i'm accountable...and if i fork up repeatedly then i'm out of a job... there should be a league table for referees - with relegation and promotion based on their performance - i'll accept its a tough job, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be accountable for your c0ckups...
We know it was dreadful. Three dreadful decisions one after the other to be exact. As Brix said your problems don't really concern us.
Bothroyd's principal job is to hold the ball up, made all the more important given the Rs are a man down. If he can't do this, then he's gotto come off. If not a straight swap for Zamora, I think I'd give DJ a punt and use his and Mackie's pace more on the break.
Have to say my first thought when the players entered the pitch for the first half was that Paddy looked much fitter than he's done in a long time. Played very well today. Will you cut him some slack Flyer and agree that he's improved over the last couple of weeks?
Game over, was hoping we could hold out for ten more minutes and maybe some United nerves would show towards the end.
He has done well today, well until the 2nd goal which should have been saved, it went right under him. Everyone has done well except JB who has been pants as usual losing every battle.
Paddy actually unlucky with that goal, it went under his glove. Great strike, could have been a top top save.
SUBSTITUTION QPR - Shaun Wright-Phillips and Tommy Smith on for Samba Diakite and Adel Taarabt. Smart move with the Swansea game in mind.
Given the circumstances, playing for about 75 minutes with 10 men at Old Trafford, if we can keep it to 2-0 I won't be too unhappy. When Derry was sent off, I've got to say that I feared a bit of a cricket score.... Well played Paddy, keep up the good work!
"Difficult to take after watching numerous replays but Ashley Young could partner Tom Daley at the Olympics," Beard said. Tony Fernandes retweeted it too. lol. They will get fined soon.
