so you think they bought a **** load of tickets and didn't put in a clause to say that should there be nothing to sell those tickets for, they'd just write it off?
I don't think this firm Ticketus are as clever as most people assume they would be. Quite frankly if Rangers are liquidated then they own tickets for events which will never happen. They may have wrote it into contracts that they get the rights to tickets for any new firm which Craig Whyte will form, but Craig Whyte can not guarantee them tickets for a completely new company which has nothing to do with him - and it's looking like he will have nothing to do with Rangers when they come out of this.
maybe because the've done work with rangers in the past they just bought them without even looking into it properly. Surely whyte has commited fraud here? I see he has served the beeb with a writ fud
I think of them as being run by the travel agent in the simpsons who bought superbowl tickets printed on crackers <jacobs> Wonder if the ticketus tickets are to watch the Spongos as well.
unless they stipulated otherwise. If they didn't, that is their tough **** if they didn't. When I say I don't believe it, I mean that it is extremely naive of them if they haven't.
They signed a contract with an individual, Craig Whyte - he probably transferred the liability to Rangers FC in it's current state. TicketUs own an asset of Rangers FC in it's current state - if that business was to be abandoned and a new company set up which had nothing to do with Craig Whyte then it's tough luck TicketUs - you only own tickets, not the stadium or the players or the training ground which has all been transferred to the new business. They could file a suit against Craig Whyte to try claim money back from his own wealth but it would be nothing to do with new-co Rangers. Of course the above is a worst/best case scenario depending on your point of view. There is a possibility that Whyte never actually transferred the TicketUs debt on to Rangers books as the administrators seem to be having a hard time finding out where it is - at which point Craig Whyte himself is the creditor to them and if he was to lose control then that would again be a personal issue between him and Ticketus and have nothing to do with old-co Rangers. After all Whyte managed to mortgage the season tickets while not being owner of Rangers, he may have to pay them off himself while not being owner of Rangers.
You've got to hand it to the ****. It takes a level of cunning and ****ishness to have done what he's done to the huns. I reckon by the time he's finished he will have cleared at least £30m and will be living it up on some tropical paradise island, the sort of which Billy fae Larkhall wont be able to set foot on.
He's definitely got brass baws. Mental really that he's been able to do it, no board-meetings or AGM's in 10 months is just crazy.

They spend hour after hour trawling the Internet for anything Rangers related. Where do they get the energy from?
I'm beginning to think they'll be lost without the Queens Finest. Paranoid delusional conspiratorial ****stains, all of them.
