They should have enough but it is not a given considering their perilous financial state . I assume they still need PL board approval to make any signings and i also assume they made another loss last season . Right now they have the same squad as last season plus Tarkowski but minus Richarlison , Siggurdson ,El Ghazi ,Delph , Branthwaite , Tosun .

Who are the 3 teams below them is imo what you need to answer.

You could give a top 4 and bottom 3 so we can all have at least some giggles at ourselves in a few months time :)

    well
    Forest
    Bournemouth

then possibly one of Fulham , Leeds or Brentford but right now i wouldn't say Everton are in a better shape than them .

Forest is so hard to call, they've just gone mad with signings from a base of losing the loan players that got them up. I can't see it all working.

I have bournemouth going down just cos they are too mean to even buy so i don't see how they think thats going to survive. they won't even offer for phillips!

Fulham is a hard one as they bought in a couple and are moving on some more but they do look like a championship outfit.

Leeds I think are in much worse trouble than any current prem incumbent. The new boss is a defensive man, i think they'll struggle for goals and points. they've gone on a german shopping spree that includes 2 no 6 and a defender plus a couple more attackers but lost rapinha and phillips to fund that. It could be a disaster. it could be great.

Brentford as yes hard to call. second season syndrome and all that. not a major set of changes so it'll be home form to keep them up.

    Everton best side right now:

    Pickshite
    Patterson?Godfrey? Mina Tarkowski mykolenko
    Dacoure Allan (****e)
Iwobi/Gray Delle (lazy) alli Gordon (flopper)
    Calvert-Lewin
Its not like they are not ****e but they do have a couple big lumps at the back and defensive midfield there but the front 4..... well its a right mish-mash of players isn't it.

Southampton have to be an outside bet for relegation. Taken some huge gambles on buying a lot of young players this season. If things start going bad, they could quickly go on a poor run

Everton should just about survive if they’re allowed to start with your 12 players every game tbf

Would be interesting. If 1 team was allowed to play with 12 players every game how many teams would you make as fav to win the league?

    City - yes
    liverpool - yes
    chelsea - yes

Spurs/arsenal/United? West Ham? Where does the quality drop so much that having 1 extra player doesn’t really help

well the teams who press most should in theory benefit most, the teams who can't pass out anyway won't really see much benefit unless they lump it at big lads.

I would put spurs in as they could pack in another defender for conte :)

    they always are.

but they hate being reminded about it unless they bring it up themselves.

I dunno. We almost play worse when the opposition goes a man down for having a red card. Not sure having an extra man will change things.

They remind me of Early Moyes days at the moment.

    15th
    7th
    17th
    4th
    11th

Bouncing all over the table. They'll do decent this season and then be in a relegation fight the next.

Everton are hard to predict cos lamaprd is hard to predict. He is a **** coach for defensive side of game.

Pretty football OR complete nasty sort cheating football ok but sound tactical systems are not his forte.

IMO much will depend on players wanting to play and injuries. Allan could pull a sick note, calvert lewin will be absolutely vital.
