First time I've seen this thread, and the thing I noticed reading through it, is MackemsRule has his fill of laughter until we come back to draw, and then proceeds to call the mags idiots and whatever else Pot kettle black. Sums the guy up to be fair.

Or wanting 5 players sent off to stop the game! Comments from your own supporters. Where as, I was only taking the piss out of you lot getting beat at the time. Skill has nothing to do with luck. Sunderland aren't fighting relegation because you're unlucky, it's because you've played ****, had no team spirit and used **** tactics throughout the season. We've got the opposite and are at the other end of the table. Call it lucky if you're too bent to admit it but toon deserve to be there

this. First time I've read this thread. I'm not gonna lie, I was expecting a cricket score after 10 mins, but bloody hell was I proud of the lads that day! I gave up my ticket on the day as well But I'll remember manically refreshing my phone and doing a crazy dance in public when I saw "Tiote- 4-4" on my phone!!!
Funny you should bring that up, plenty of times I've seen you lot hoping to get beat so Bruce would be sacked.
The ref evened things up I think in the end. It was a red card, it was a first penalty, we had a goal wrongfully disallowed and scored a good second. The last penalty was harsh but the goal to equalise was just sensational and deserved a point for that strike alone.
It was not all, or even some, or even a portion of our fans that hoped we'd get beat 8-0, it was a few idiots, that make up a small part of our fan base, and there is a small section of every fanbase that are like that. 4-4 5-1 0-1 Suck it

Not me though. Biting as soon as I mentioned the ref and being lucky. Do you think it is because you're starting to realise how lucky you have been and the ref's giving you all the decisions? Point out how I'm being a bit of an idiot pointing out about your OWN fans wanting their team beaten or the game abandoned? How does that work? Or is it another case of you trying to wheedle out of facts? Or is it the fear your teams luck is now running out??
