The reason for that is, that we have yet to see one Mouser come out and categorically state that what Suarez did was racist and wrong, and that Kenny-boy's whole-hearted support of Suarez was wrong and extremely ill-judged, and bad for LFC. What you all do, instead, on your Mouser board is follow one another like little sheep, burying your heads in the sand, trying to make out that it didn't happen, and getting annoyed with us normal fans who refuse to let you forget that it did happen. Are you really pissed off with it? Good! I want you to be pissed off with it. That's because he didn't apologise. Not really. He apologised for having embarrassed LFC and its upright Yank owner. But I never read anything from Suarez or Kenny-boy that amounted to an apology for being a bigot and a racist.
Do yourself a favour pal. Find a REALLY big black guy, maybe a boxer or a martial arts expert; Then call him "blackie" several times and tell him you don't want to talk to him because he is black. See how you get on. This is the only way you are going to get this isn't it? The defence of this brainless twat by the club and fans, who are still in denial that there was anything actually wrong with what he said, is pathetic. When will you get it into your thick heads that the whole thing was a considerable number of nails in "King" Kenny's coffin? Yup it was your buck toothed Klansman that oiled the way for the exit of one of your greatest heros. Oh the irony!
They are at home you are guest. You can reply to these points at the time in context it will not be deleted. If however you come on here spouting abuse and looking for a verbal fight. different matter.
No what you don't understand is Suarez is from a different culture to me. People in Uruguay would not get offended by the word "negro", they have no problems with it, one of their greatest ever players' nickname is "El Negro Jefe", its an affectionate nickname, its not racist or offensive to him, its just the way Uruguay is. Its no different to being called "Fat Frank" or "Big Sam" to them. I wouldn't personally do it, because I've been taught from an early age that making a reference to someone skin colour is racist and shouldn't be done. It doesn't mean that Suarez who was brought up in a different place, is racist because he wasn't taught the same things about whats acceptable and whats not.
Ok, so someone can call me twatface, racist, dumb bastard, twat, and ****ing moron, and you expect me not to react? Come into the real world please Spurf, where men swear at each other, and don't get half the conversation deleted. HIAG asked for examples and I gave them, and I also replied to each of them in context, i.e. responding in kind, and you deleted my posts. Hardly a level field is it?
Quite right it's not a level playing field, just like life and football as we at Spurs have seen. Read my post again if you react to being called a twat or anything else in the context of a debate (no problem) BUT START as a guest and you will quickly find the slope of our playing field. If you want some serious debate we have any number of posters who can more than hold their own and will be happy to take you on. If you are on the wind up, just **** off
Four years in Amsterdam, a city nearly as cosmopolitan as London, and he is unfamiliar with the rules of living in a multicultural society? As sure as eggs are eggs, the first time he called someone "blackie" in training (he spoke dutch by then) they put him on his arse. He must have called black team mates by the negro name, after all, it is a term of endearment, or so you would have it. Sorry mate that just does not wash. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Even if u forgive all his ignorance he knew exactly what he was doing against Man U in the return game and lied to his manager pre game, justify that ?
Well said chirpy. All this rubbish about different culture is frankly pathetic, "negro" may well not be deemed a racist term on its own, but it doesn’t matter were you're from, or what culture you're raised in, if you're non-black and go around calling a black person "little negro" in an attempt to cause them distress then you know what you're doing.
But the problem is, he calls Glen Johnson negro in training, as said in the report, and he does not mind, so how was he supposed to know there would be such a backlash by using the same phrase to Evra? And as an example Heinze spent 3 years at Man Utd, 1 of those years with Evra, yet he still used the word "negro" at R.Madrid according to Drenthe.
Yeah of course he does.... Strange this little snippet of interracial joy came out AFTER the **** hit the fan... And mate, white people only call black people negro or the "n" word in Tarantino movies. Black people REALLY don't like it from anyone but other black people and a lot don't even think that's acceptable.
No it came out in the FA trial, I'm not sure where else he was supposed to mention it? Leak it to the media? And if it isn't true then why does Glen speak so highly of Luis and defend his corner every chance he gets?
