    Holding the right position is never determined by mindset. When people use that kind of hocus pocus it's because they're searching for some mystical source to justify their beliefs.

    Something either is or it is not correct.

    Exactly mate.

    They can believe and have faith all they want but unfortunately it won't make a damn bit of difference to Newcastle United results.

    If it helps them feel better that's fine I have no issue with their coping methods but they hate the fact I don't need or use them too.

    My issue was that although we won yesterday we played terrible. And then we got a fluke goal to win.

    The fact we still are playing some of the dross we had under Bruce is beyond me.

    It was a good result mind given the red card but I agree with you. I think people can't handle it and start getting a little touchy but it's hardly unreasonable what you're saying.

    For me, we actually played well once we were down to 10 men.

    It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t all out attacking football. But we were playing with 10 men.

    It was gutsy, gritty, hard fought and determined. How many times has anyone seen us win a match with 10 men for 2/3 of a game. That last question should put everything else into perspective.
