It seems Heckingbottom is clinging to his job by a thread!

Had he lost on Friday evening by a 3 or 4 goal margin, he would have cleared his desk over the weekend.

may and June will be like Xmas waiting to see the upgraded players coming in and this seasons players who stay and turn out to be what we hoped they would be.

Ipswich have been a mid table mediocre team for how many years now?their style of play does not excite me,admittedly they do not spend any money (see any similarities.so it must just be me who would not be enthusiastic about a big mick appointment & what has he really achieved in the football world,still guess anyone would be better than what we have now

 

Well he took Wolves all the way to the Prem with no money. He kept them in the Prem with no money for 6 seasons. The gobshyte new owner was the guy from Redrow homes who wanted to by Liverpool. No money all mouth and he decided he should sack Mick. Wolves then fell through the divisions without Mick. mick then went to Ipswich because he liked Sheepshanks who had no money. He kept them in the Championship for 7 seasons with no money and a bunch of past hit journeymen. My BIL is a season ticket holder and thinks Macarthy is god for what hes done with no money.

Dont forget he took a shyte Ireland team to the World Cup too
