Don’t be such a drama queen. All our opinions on here are to stimulate debate. Start a blog if you don’t want anyone to discuss things with you. No one has “trashed” your view. I just think we all need to accept that sometimes you lose football matches. What was your opinion on Farke when we were on the long unbeaten streak and got ninety points? Was that down to the players in your view and nothing to do with the manager?
Just for clarity sake, I disagree with every post made on this thread, even my own I also disagree with anyone who agrees/disagrees with my above statement
Can I dislike Farke, his football and still think we should’ve won but also think we should be playing better football/creating more chances? I don’t rate his football and if he takes us up I still think we need someone else for PL. I think we’d struggle to get any better for this division but for the players he has at his disposal he should be getting top 2.
Our fans are our own worst enemies. Constantly babbling on that we’re favourites ,we’ve the best squad, before every game predicting three nil wins at least. Soon as we lose it’s the end of the world and the toys come flying out of the prams. Maybe try seeing us for what we are. A decent squad with new blood added that nobody can predict what their level will be. Maybe show some respect for the opposition too. Also something our fans are not renowned for
Agreed no team is going to win every game, but we are on course for 69 points, not good enough for the quality we have. The football is bland, we’re playing one dimensional, we dropped away the back end of last season Next two games, anything less than three points and Farke will be on borrowed time
Before the Burnley game we were on course for 90 points. It's too early in the season. Give it 15-20 games and it will add a bit of depth to the statistics.
Including the cup game, 4 home matches, won 1 drew 1 lost two, that’s not a fortress or promotion form. It should be so much better, I do agree 5 league games isn’t enough to properly judge, I do honestly believe anything less than 3 points from the next two will heap pressure on Farke. The 49ers won’t have been impressed with what we threw away at the tail end of last season, right or wrong, debatable or not, they’ll believe we have players for a top 2 finish. The fans are mainly hating this passing along the back bumping up the possession stats without going anywhere, are the 49ers happy watching it. It’s not just the results, for a team with so much attacking promise it’s not being utilised. I’d be looking at how poor Bogle has been whilst letting Ayling leave on a free and doing a job at Boro, I’d be wondering why we sign the leagues leading scorer and he becomes so ineffective. It’s the entire picture I’m guessing they might soon be questioning, if they’re not already. I feel we’re in a dangerous position, we must stick with Farke for now as it’s his team, how long we give it if results don’t improve, I don’t know.
They need to look at themselves first. The last four years have been a catalogue of mistakes, going backwards every season. The 49ers have been at Elland road for it all. They’re an investment bank who know as much about footie as their us investors which is almost nothing. They will inevitably get rid of Farke at some point, probably some more players and take a step furtherback
Yes and making the balance sheet look brilliant for when they flip us. I honestly beleive they will sell the club and not improve the stadium.
I would presume so, a chance meeting a few weeks ago with a fella who's company are the architects that are doing the work on it. Only reason I know.
