Admittedly I watch the game on LUTV, but I didn't think we played as bad as some are making out and I didn't have my ale tinted glasses on. On the goal and correct me if I'm wrong. Was Baradi caught for pace, was Alying too slow to get back and our goalie maybe should have legged it out. I don't blame White at all. It will be interesting to see if Eddie starts straight away. I think Bamford has a role, but IMO he isn't a natural striker, but could Eddie play off him. Apologies for repeating myself.
Leeds United forward Jay-Roy Grot had his experience of that this week, with De Telegraaf reporting that he’s been involved in a clash with teammate Riechedly Bazoer. Grot is currently spending the season on loan at Vitesse from Elland Road after Marcelo Bielsa decided not to keep him this season. He’s had a mixed start to life with the Dutch club, managing one goal and one assist in ten games. That’s not great and now he and to add to his woes he’s now been involved in a ‘collision’ with teammate Bazoer on Wednesday. However, Leeds man appears to have been the more innocent party in the affair, which happened in a public training session. Instead, Bazoer was the man causing the most problems, telling Grot “I’ll get you in the dressing room” before turning on manager Leonid Slutsky, telling the Russian “F*** off, I don’t want to play for your team.” This all resulted in him being sent away from training, with the club confirming an incident had happened but refusing to reveal the content of it.
Third Q&A of the season: Join the club in the Norman Hunter Suite on Thursday 7th November for the third Q & A event of the season! Having had two extremely popular Q & A sessions so far this year, we are delighted to announce that we will be joined by captain Liam Cooper, midfield dynamo Mateusz Klich and August's PFA Fans' Player Of The Month, Ben White for another special event at Elland Road. This is your chance to ask three current members of the first team squad those burning questions you've always wanted to know the answer to. The event will be ticketed and tickets are available to buy online with adult tickets priced at £12 and junior tickets at £10. Your ticket includes pie & peas which will be served during the event.
I think Roberts and Eddie instead of Costa (he has class about him but I think Roberts offers more) and Bamford. Bamford isn’t great in the air anyway so we won’t lose anything and I think Roberts would cover his work rate. I think those two would scare the **** out of defences. Good midweek for us. Another away game against a promotion prospect and we’re now clear in 2nd. Job done
