Irrespective of buy out clauses, and how much interest his early season success with us has generated... he’s not a fit for that type of club. He has a way of working, and it’s his way or the highway. He’s better suited to the underdog. He knows it, they know it. For all we’d love it to be true, Man U aren’t getting relegated. I’m Sure plenty of premier league strugglers will be asking the question by January, especially when they’ve seen how quickly he’s turned things around here. However, he’s said himself you can’t do that in mid season... you don’t have 6 weeks to work on fitness and tactics whilst you’re playing matches. If he’s unhappy here, then he’ll bugger off, if he’s being given the support he’s asked for, he won’t. It’s naive to say it’s not about the money, but I think he has a project and something to prove to himself, and that such things are important for him. Come summertime?
