    Following on from last night theme...

    Does anyone want to try to identify who Mel Sterland said was his most difficult opponent ?

    Clue;
    A winger who played for England.

    You've nailed the questions for Bielsa to decide upon, creating more or finishing from less chances created At the moment he values what Bamford brings to the team ahead of his missed chances rather than play Eddie (on the basis he has all but said he won't play both).

    Well done Doc it was indeed Gabriel Batistuta.

    The circumstances were quite bizarre...

    Apparently we played 2 Italian clubs on the same night, with each encounter lasting only 45 mins.

    Think the first match was against Inter Milan and John Newsome played right back and then in the second match he was centre half up against Batistuta who was playing for Roma on that occasion.

    Did you know Batistuta was from Patagonia and spoke fluent Welsh?

    No punchline Jammy - that is absolutely true.

    He was from Patagonia and a descendent of the large contingent of Welsh speaking colonists who emigrated there.

    As a result he was fluent in the Welsh language and is the only Welsh speaking player ever to have won a World Cup winners medal. <ok>
